Since it’s inception twenty years ago, EFT has gone through some natural evolutionary growing pains. The inventor of EFT, Gary Craig “gave” EFT to the world. He allowed and even encouraged people to use his technique, to expand on it, to experiment with it, but mostly to USE it to affect healing in the world. In doing so, EFT has grown and it’s utilized by millions of people all over the world. Unfortunately, they may not be getting the full benefit of this powerful technique as a result of Gary’s open-hand policy.
You can read all about his experience with that here if you like.
After some years of struggling with EFT spin-offs and inconsistent training, Gary enlisted the help of his daughter, Tina Craig. Tina brought a very important quality to the EFT program. She has an eye for consistency and structure. She created training programs that start with the absolute basics that everyone needs to master and clearly delineates the refinements and advancements that naturally evolved through twenty years of clinical EFT application.
One of the problems with typical EFT training is that many people watch Gary’s intuition and eloquence and try to mimic what he’s doing without really understanding the process he’s using in his head to get where he gets. I was certainly in that camp until I took Tina’s training.
Tina’s official, gold standard EFT training program can be found at her website and offers the very best EFT training available, complete with clinical supervision and in-depth skill evaluations.
If you’re serious about getting results and hiring a certified EFT practitioner is something you feel would be of value to you, then I highly recommend going to the source of EFT and only working with a certified Gold Standard EFT practitioner.
I happen to be one of the myself, but if you’re not in my neck of the woods and don’t like to work via phone or skype, then by all means, please check out my fellow Gold Standard EFT Practitioners here.

Introducing Ellie Steele: In the article below, Tina is highlighting another of her highly trained EFT Practitioners.
Tina’s Quality Corner
In the ACEP EFT Certification Program, the training is focused primarily on clearing intensity from Specific Events. Just about anyone can use the Basic Recipe on a current issue and get somewhere, but long-term, professional results come from getting to the core, breaking the issue into smaller parts, and testing the work until all the Aspects are clear. By clearing the issues at their source, we generate measurable improvements in Personal Peace. If you have a hard time getting EFT to work for you, try enlisting the help of an ACEP EFT Certified Practitioner.

Ellie’s skill with Gold Standard EFT goes far beyond her current ACEP certification. First, she holds an EFTCert-II so she will soon be grandparenting to the Advanced Practitioner Level in the ACEP Program, and from what I have seen in her first level, she won’t have any trouble completing the next. Second, as Dad was recording the weight loss sessions for our new Emofree training products, Ellie was there to continue working with the cases that he started. I offered to provide additional coaching in that process just in case these clients came with more “issue” than she was trained to handle, and while the extra coaching did make a difference in her process, I found that she was able to advance her skill more quickly than most. The issues in those cases were indeed significant, and she handled them beautifully.
Ellie’s interaction with her clients has definitely impressed me. She has a natural skill for the kind of language we use in Gold Standard EFT, which means that she can help her clients better express their experience for each tapping round, she is intuitive and suggests new options on the fly, yet she never loses track of her specific target. That takes creativity, a strong focus, and a special understanding of language in general.
Ellie has been a pleasure for me to work with and I am proud to include her on the ACEP list of certified Practitioners.
Ellie says “Honestly, I was getting great results with EFT as I knew it, and felt confident that the variations I had adopted were improving my practice. However, after working with Tina in the ACEP Certification process, I learned to find better events and test my work more completely, and I was surprised by how much better my results were.”
